Tom and Billie Parkes of Calais enrolled in Calais Regional Hospital's Walking for Wellness Program in July. At the end of August the pair were recognized for reaching the 50 mile mark. The Walking for Wellness program of Calais Regional Hospital is an organized effort to provide incentives, education and group support for community members in their effort to be physically active.
